- 12 mushrooms, halved
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 box Boursin cheese
- 24 Crackers of Your Choice
- Fresh Sea Salt
- 1 Bottle of Yellow tail Shiraz
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil until steaming. Add the mushrooms, toss until nicely browned. Drain oils and set mushrooms aside.
2. Spread Boursin on crackers, top with mushrooms and lightly sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
3. Cork a bottle of Shiraz, pour and eat!
